Biscuits
1 1/2 cups of oat flour or whole wheat flour(I used Whole wheat flour)
1/2 cup almond meal
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup plant milk
1 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
1 healthy Tsp white miso
Add ACV to plant milk to allow to curdle. Preheat over to 425. Mix dry ingredients well. Combine curdled milk and miso. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until batter forms. dollop batter onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Ice cream scoop dollops good amount. (I used two spoons). Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown. Ever so slightly sweet biscuits. Delicious!!
