Vegan delicious egg salad

A pkg. of firm tofu, crumbled
2 tsps nutritional yeast
1 tsp green olive juice
1 tsp black salt (kala namak -for eggy flavor)
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp garlic powder
5 grinds of black pepper
Crumble the tofu in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix in. Add my vegan mayo in condiments. Delicious!!!
