One Pot Chili


3 cups cooked red beans(2 cans of beans with liquid)

3 cups cooked white beans(2 cans of beans with liquid)

2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes

1 pkg. of Upton Chorizo crumbles



1 Tbsp paprika(we just add this until it tastes good)

1 Tbsp cumin(we add this until it tastes good)

1 Tbsp chili powder(we add this until it tastes good)

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp onion powder

1 Tbsp garlic powder


Mix everything together in the pot and cook down until desired consistency. Thats it! Dump and mix and instant delicious chili. I use the Upton chorizo crumbles for the meat feel in the chili and it's the only vegan seitan crumbles without added oil. Just seitan and seasonings:). It's the same chorizo I use in my breakfast sandwich and add to my enchiladas:)
